Human rights are the basic freedoms and rights that people are entitled to. All around the world people are being mistreated and the authorities are not respecting people and their human rights. Human rights are essential in order to have equality, freedom, and order. These rights, such as freedom of speech, the right to be free from prejudice, and simply the right to live are being violated all over the world. People everywhere are being imprisoned and punished for just trying to live free, be who they are, and expressing themselves. This is a big issue all around. As the Borgen Project states, â€Å" Females and the poor†¦ often denied legal rights and knowingly oppressed by the country’s political entities.† Women and the poor were not treated equally with the men and the rich. Sudan also faced drastic issues involving human rights. Bloody massacres occurred, taking the lives of 100,000 refugees. Also, Sudanese officers continued to violently disband protests and arrested activists and protesters. By the law enforcement officers doing this, they disrespected the Sudanese people’s right to freedom of speech. These are just a few of the many places where human rights are being violated by authoritative figures. Human rights are not being handled well by police officials, but what about the country as a whole? Several countries around the world have signed human rights treaties but the most influential country seems to be the United States. The U.S. is known for having a lot of police brutality, especially to African American males. Even with all this going on, the United States, as a nation is big on promoting equality and human rights. The U.S. is also supporting one of the most basic human rights, the right to live. Many states in the past couple of years have gotten rid of the death penalty. According to the Death Penalty Information Center, 19 states have abolished the death penalty. Hopefully, this will influence many more places to get rid of the death penalty,

The consistency requirements also prove to be a drawback at times. Ethics can be broadly divided into two principle theories, the deontological ethics and the teleological ethics. An example of a deontic relationship is the relationship between an employee and his employer. The set of rules that focuses on the duties and concentrates on the activities of people more than on the effects are referred to as deontological ethics. According to this set of principles, vices and virtues are discernible from the action. Kantian ethics may be cited as an example for deontological ethics. According to Kant, acts from the duty sense are morally correct. Kant further opines that judgement of whether an action is right or wrong depends on the motives of the doer and not on the consequences of the action. Deontology helps a person to stay consistent to their works as they work in a same manner each time they do satisfy their commitments. People practicing deontology are often seen to become supererogatory in their actions. This principle of ethics does have disad vantages as well. The followers have chances of not violating his duties to avoid several other violations by others. They operate, at times, without any logical reason. Moreover, the system does not provide with ways for dealing with situations of conflicting duties. Unlike deontological ethics, the outcomes of the action justify the means of action in case of teleological ethics. The consequences affect the righteousness of the act. A number of philosophers like Bentham, Mills and Machiavelli promote this principle of ethics. Teleological ethics are based on the increment of happiness and decrement of the antonym. Practitioners of teleology base the principle on the consequences of the actions of the doer. This principle is easily understandable and is based on common sense. Despite all the advantages, teleological principle of ethics has disadvantages as well. The followers of this principle find difficulty in predicting consequences of the action. There are found discrepancies in the followers as to the assessment procedures in the calculation of good consequences. The results of an act may vary according to the person responsible for the act. The costumers are facilitated with the best commodities an economic airline can have and the voice of the stakeholders do not go in vain (Yee and Pei, 2014). The ethical leadership technique of Tony Fernandes can be well identified in contrast to that of Martin Winterkorn, the former CEO of Volkswagen. This leader was known for his habit of calling out on his employees and criticizing them for their shortcomings or mistakes. The Neolithic Period is also called the New Stone Age. Many water pots and ceramic figures were found in the ruins of Neolithic society plots of earth. People of Neolithic times made many artifacts that were symbolic of their ways of life and culture such as water pots, fish, hunting and medical objects. Out of the artifacts found from the Neolithic period, the fish is symbolic to me because of the times spent with my father during fishing trips. The Neolithic Period extended from 10,000 B.C. to 3,000 B.C. It is also called the New Stone Age, and many new Advances and changes took place in this time. Unlike the nomadic life of the Old Stone Age, the New Stone Age was the dawning of settled life. People lived more towards lakes and river instead of caves and tree trunks. The change in environment led to the change of jobs, society, and culture. Neolithic everyday objects reveal that fishing and hunting were the main occupations of the people. Neolithic art is represented by a large number of objects found in isolated areas in Eastern Europe, Siberia and Central Asia. Neolithic people decorated clay water vessels in a wide variety of ways that were very large and colorful. They also created bone, horn and wooden figurines of people and animals. The Earliest Neolithic pottery found in Siberia and Central Asia is similar to pottery found in northern Britain, suggesting that early Neolithic colonist may have come to Ireland from northern Britain. The pottery bowls were made by winding coils of clay in a circle to form the sides of the bowl, smoothing them, and finally firing them on an open fire. After the making of these vessels were mastered, pottery was decorated with dots or lines in the surface of the clay. Neolithic people lived near rivers and lakes. The artifacts and life in the water became and important part of their lives by supporting them with food, cleansing and ceremonial artifacts such as fish and shells. Fishing was an important job, and way of life because the abundance of fish fed entire villages. At one time, my father and I lived in the same house with no problems, however we never had a decent conversation of life and love for one another. It was my idea to have an outing with my father, without my stepmother, that would make us talk. Since I had never been fishing I asked my father if he could teach me how to fish. He was an important factor and became a very valuable piece as he took the side of the Allies in his battle against justice and peace. Even though Rick wanted to leave with Ilsa in order to escape from this cruel hemisphere, he learned the importance of his existence as he sacrificed his love for Ilsa and took on the side of the Allies and in support of the Free French. Even though the Vichy French government limited the political independence, the French people still wanted to arise and take back their country. The Vichy government limited the rise of a powerful French nationalism due to the fact that many French officers took the side of the superior side that held power and disregarded the difference between right and wrong. Even better, once Ive marked an assigned task complete, the relevant person can get an approval notification. This way, they know its ready for review, approval, and the next person to start working. This system is invaluable for my multi-teamed compatriots and me. But how does this work outside of our teams? Vega is a premium brand of plant-based lifestyle and performance nutrition products. And with a marketing team of 32 employees, they have tons of cross-collaborative campaigns and projects happening all at once. Before , they were stuck with project requests flooding their email inbox managing the deluge of details by hand and managing deadlines between teams and departments. Drive Goals And Deadlines With Task Templates Imagine if your paycheck was dependent on your team hitting every goal. Nowhere to hide At the end of two weeks, the KPIs told the story of getting paid (or not). Thatd be rough for some of us. But, what if theres a simple way to increase your odds of succeeding by 4.3X? Obviously youd do it, right? Well, there is. According to our research, marketers who set goals are 429% more likely to report success than those who dont. A Harvard study found that setting goals: Increases motivation in individuals and groups. And increases achievement in nearly any setting. Your cross-functional team is no different. While setting goals is amazing, its not the same as achieving them. So, how do you parlay goal setting into the promised land of success? How can marketers parley goal setting into the promised land of success with @?Reverse Engineer Your Goals Into Tasks Attached To Deadlines Its time to reverse engineer your goals into tasks attached to firm deadlines. Reverse engineering your goals is pretty standard fare. If your goal is to increase qualified leads by 40%, you define the steps to get there. But imagine your cross-functional team has six people: Team lead (you) Designer Copywriter Editor Sales PPC manager Developer Where do you start? Probably with your standard bevy of spreadsheets and tools. Only, you  manage one process in tool X, another in tool Y, another in tool Z When you work with sales on a new deck, you use Basecamp to manage the workflow. This is because both your team and sales have access to the app. When you create blog posts, however, you use Asana to manage the process among your team because thats what your design team uses. And when you create email campaigns, you use Google Sheets. Even when there are similarities in your process (e.g. plan/write/design/edit/schedule), you have to spend time learning how to execute the process in new tools- not to mention, trying to remember where all this stuff lives. Use The Task-Simplification Framework An excellent remedy is a framework called task simplification. Former CEO of Intel, Andrew S. Grove, described it in his landmark book,  High Output Management. And its perfect for planning goal-driven marketing workflows. For each piece you’ll create (think blog post, e-book, landing page, etc.), run through these steps (head’s up- I’ve built upon Andrew’s original advice): Write out every task that needs to be done. Identify and delete the tasks that are unnecessary. Combine tasks together that will be completed at the same time. Delegate only one person to complete one task (e.g. don’t expect two people to complete one task). Assign a due date for each task as â€Å"{#} of days before publish†. This framework will help you  reduce the amount of work you take on by 30-50%. In addition, by setting clear task due dates, you know when to begin each piece to know when to realistically set deadlines. For example, when you know that blog post will take 22 days to produce, the soonest you can publish it is 23 days from today (if you were to start it today). That’s powerful info that will help you plan realistic deadlines and hit them.
